We cook for you daily with exceptional local virgin olive oil, Manaki variety from Trizina area. We support and buy our vegetables from small local producers. Our fresh fish comes from the Aegean sea and the Saronic Gulf. We use organic olives from Trizina area, capers, kritamo and oregano are collected in Methana area.
